Founded over a decade ago in Dallas, Texas, Al-Noor Trading began as a traditional physical logistics and freight forwarding company. Operating a massive fleet across the southern United States, our primary challenge was always operational efficiency. Fuel costs, driver shift turnovers, and unpredictable urban traffic were eating into margins.
We realized that off-the-shelf dispatch software simply wasn't built for the dynamic complexities of enterprise-scale multiform delivery networks.
The Birth of FidelAPI
Instead of compromising, we built our own brain.
In 2018, Al-Noor Trading assembled an internal team of data scientists and systems engineers. Our mandate was simple: create a routing engine capable of parsing millions of historical data points—from seasonal traffic gridlocks to localized delivery window success rates—to calculate the mathematically perfect route in under 200 milliseconds.
This internal project, initially unnamed, revolutionized our own fleet operations. Delivery success rates jumped to 99.8%. Fuel consumption dropped by 14%. The engine was so powerful that our logistics partners began asking if they could license the software.
Recognizing the industry-wide need, we packaged our proprietary core into a scalable, enterprise-grade cloud service. FidelAPI was born.

Today, while Al-Noor Trading Logistics still oversees physical supply chain consulting, our primary focus is the continuous evolution of FidelAPI.
We are a SaaS company masquerading as a logistics provider. We provide enterprise fleets, 3PLs, and gig-economy startups with the endpoint infrastructure needed to completely automate their dispatch operations. We believe algorithms, not dispatchers, should be making micro-routing decisions.
